Standalone document shell for OFF-APP auth / cover / status pages
(sign-in, sign-up, reset/create password, lock screen, two-step, coming-soon,
maintenance). These pages have NO sidebar/header/footer/customizer — just the
loader, the ambient backdrop, and the page body. This mirrors the HTML
reference, where auth pages use `` (or a bare body
for cover layouts) instead of the app shell.
It reproduces base.html's VERBATIM (anti-flash IIFE first, fonts,
compiled stylesheet) so theme/accent/RTL restore identically, then exposes:
